The Center functions as the University Library, collecting books and
periodicals, and ensuring that they are readily accessible. It also functions as the
University Computer Center, controlling the LAN and other network systems
and linking them to outside information networks, and it provides quick
and comprehensive access to the latest academic and technical information.
Through these vital functions, the Center supports the development of research
in the University.
