Where students can organize events and meet each other. Includes the cafeteria and bookstore.

Offices for faculty members teaching foreign languages, and health education.

5.Library and Information Network Center
The Library and Information Network Center collects and makes available a comprehensive range of the latest academic and research information. Language laboratories, multimedia rooms, and computer classrooms are also located here.

6.School of Environmental Science, Environmental Science Graduate School
Comprehensive courses of education designed to teach skills required to solve environmental problems are offered here. There are four departments within the School: the Department of Ecosystem Studies, the Department of Environmental Policy and Planning, the Department of Design and Architecture, and the Department of Biological Resources Management.

7.Center for Academic and Cultural Exchange
An auditorium for meetings, lectures, talks, and exchanges with people from the local community, from industry, from other Japanese universities, and from overseas.

8.School of Engineering, Engineering Graduate School
Here are conducted education and research activities in engineering and related studies, with a special emphasis on creating and maintaining harmony with the natural environment. The school contains the Department of Material Science, the Department of Mechanical Systems Engineering., and the Department of Electronic Systems Engineering.

9.Engineering Laboratory
This facility is designed to provide practical training to students in manufacturing technology and production equipment, and for experiments by university researchers. The building also houses the offices of a number of professors and researchers from the School of Engineering.


10.School of Human Cultures, Human Cultures Graduate School
Regional and community studies and cultural studies to help achieve deeper understanding human civilization are offered in the five departments of the School: the Department of Reginal Studies, the Department of Living Design, the Department of Food Science and Nutrition , the Department of Human Relations, and the Department of Intercultural Communications.

11.Collaborative Research Center
Collaborative Research Center for supporting Industries.

12.School of Human Nursing, Human Nursing Graduate School
Comprehensive courses in nursing searching for ways to support and improve human life.

13.Experimental Agricultural Facility
Facility for farming and gardening training, for hands-on learning about agriculture and the environment.

14.Environment Preservation Center
Administrative management center for the School of Environmental Science, with experimental facilities.
